The organic Estate Sarakina is located at the village of Pantokratoras, at the southern part of the beautiful Ionian island Zakynthos in Greece. The Estate is filled with olive trees of Koroneiki, Local (ntopia) and wild-olive variety, which harmonically coexist with other elements of Zakynthos’ biodiversity. Its size is today approximately 50 acres and it’s amazing history begins with the onset of the 19th century.
Sarakina Estate’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a unique terroir product of cold extraction, a discrete combination of aromas affected among others by the Estate’s location and climate. Our centuries-old olive trees belong primarily to the infamous Koroneiki, but also to the Ntopia (local) and wild-olive variety.
